If you opt for this measure, you will not receive any commercial mail for a certain period of time, you will not receive any bonuses and you cannot participate in the Favorites programme. A visit restriction or entry ban always includes the no-promo. We do this because we don't want to give you an extra incentive to come to the casino.

What exactly is covered by the No-promo:

• Bonuses such as the start bonus or play money vouchers

• Commercial mail or e-mails in your name

• The perks associated with your Favorites Card

  • You cannot earn points on the slot machines or win the Favourites Jackpot

Under certain conditions, it is possible to have any savings paid out before the no-promo takes effect. This is possible with an Entry Ban and if the savings amount to 10 euros or more. If the savings balance is lower, it will remain as long as the No-promo lasts.

With a visit restriction you arrange that you cannot visit the casino more often than agreed. You set a maximum for yourself. This can help you not to visit more often than you agreed. You can set a visit limit for 6 months or 12 months. The No-promo (you can read more about what the No-promo entails above) also applies. In the meantime, you cannot raise your limit, but you can lower it if you want to. You can also apply for a visit limit via the website.  After the visit limitation expires, you will get a call. The No-promo then continues for at least 6 months.
